SANDRA C. LACELLE was born in Ketchikan, Alaska. She was educated at The Evergreen State College (B.A.) and earned her law degree from Seattle University School of Law.

Ms. LaCelle is currently a member of the Kitsap County and Washington State Bar Associations. Her areas of practice are Civil Litigation and Personal Injury.
