GARY A. CUNNINGHAM was born in Seattle, Washington. He was educated at Yale University (B.E., 1962) and the University of Washington (J.D., 1965) Phi Delta Phi; Tau Beta Pi; Chi Epsilon, and was admitted to the Washington State Bar in 1965.
Mr. Cunningham was Deputy Prosecuting Attorney, King County from 1965 to 1967, has been Judge Pro-Tem and Arbitrator, Kitsap County District and Superior Courts since 1970.
Mr. Cunningham is currently a member of the Kitsap County Bar Association (President, 1975-1976), the Washington State and American Bar Associations. His areas of practice are: Real Estate Law, Probate Law, Estate Planning Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution.
