JOHN A. BISHOP was born in Seattle, Washington. He received his education at the University of Washington (B.S., 1948; B.A., 1949; J.D., 1951) and was admitted to the Washington State Bar Association in 1951.
Mr. Bishop was a member of the Board of Directors of the Bremerton School District 100-C, Olympic College, from 1963 to 1967, Judge Pro-Tem of the Bremerton Municipal Court from 1958 to 1970. He has been a member of the Kitsap County Bar Association from 1951 to the present and served as its President from 1959 to 1960.
Mr. Bishop is currently a member of the Washington State and American Bar Associations. His areas of practice are: Probate Law, Estate Planning Law, Real Estate Law and Business Organizations Law.
